This site is owned and operated by Spacial (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using Spacial coworking space.

By accessing Spacial, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Spacial.

Information provided on the Spacial website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. While we strive for accuracy, changes may be made periodically to the website content and services offered. We cannot guarantee that the website will be available and accessible at all times.

Access and Membership

Access to Spacial is available to both members and non-members. Members have 24/7 access to the premises, while non-members are limited to access between 8 am and 5 pm. Access for non-members is restricted to designated common areas, including the lounge area, kitchen facilities, phone booths, restroom facilities, printer and scanner station, as well as corridors connecting these spaces. Non-members may access conference rooms for an additional fee, provided they book in advance. Please note that members are subject to the terms outlined in their individual contracts.

Excessive Use Policy

We encourage a productive and collaborative environment at Spacial. The Customer acknowledges that SPACIAL is intended for professional work activities related to their business and agrees not to use the space for any unauthorized purposes, including sleeping on-site. To ensure fairness, please use the facilities responsibly and avoid causing disruptions. Staff may intervene if excessive use is observed, and repeat violations may result in access restrictions to maintain a positive coworking experience for all. The Customer waives any recourse against Spacial in the event of disturbances caused by other customers or authorized individuals accessing the property.

Intellectual Property

The content of the Spacial, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or exploit any content from Spacial without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of Spacial or any content available on it.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications become effective upon posting on the Spacial website. By continuing to use Spacial after the posting of modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
